Kwikstage Scaffold Base Jack

The base jack is used as the base of the scaffolding tower to level the scaffold. It is adjusted by rotating the wing nut up and down the threaded bar.

Kwikstage Beam Bracket

The kwikstage beam bracket is a part of Indonesia speedshore system. It give extra support to the scaffold tower in construction.

Kwikstage Hook On Scaffold Board

Hook on Boards are a non-slip steel board, which interlocks with each other to create a working platform on the scaffold. These boards have non-tilt ends which hook onto the ledgers.

How to Erect and Build Kwikstage Scaffolding

The complete steps for erecting and establishing Kwikstage scaffolding:

1. The process begins by placing the base plate on the ground, ensuring it can withstand the load.
2. In the center of the base plate, an adjustable auger jack is placed and installed.
3. Then, a 2m standard support will be installed above the auger jack. The final form should be at a 90° angle to the auger jack.
4. Next, a 3m standard support will be installed on the second auger jack. An additional 1m measurement is used for the scaffolding handrails.
5. Afterward, crossbeams will be installed into the V-shaped clamps on the standard support.
6. A ledge will be placed to provide the width of the bracket, and then a third auger jack will be installed.
7. This process continues until the correct height is reached. At the final level, the fashion show or deck will be installed.
